However, when I checked my credit card statement on October 15, I found a charge of ₺831 listed as a subscription fee for Mentalup’s educational games. I am requesting a full refund for this unauthorized charge, yet I’ve been unable to reach anyone at Mentalup for support. I have already reported the issue to my bank and plan to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. If necessary, I will pursue this matter in court.
