Requesting RefundFor Unauthorized Mentalup Subscription Charge
My 6-year-old daughter downloaded the Mentalup app on my phone, but we never signed up for a subscription. However, when I checked my credit card statement on October 15, I found a charge of ₺831 listed as a subscription fee for Mentalup’s educational games. I am requesting a full refund for this unauthorized charge, yet I’ve been unable to reach anyone at Mentalup for support. I have already reported the issue to my bank and plan to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. If necessary, I will pursue this matter in court. It’s frustrating that there is no response via phone either. I expect Mentalup to address this issue promptly and return my funds.
