I visited the Mentalup site to take their IQ test, expecting it to be free as advertised. After completing the test, I was prompted to enter my email and password to view the results. However, after submitting my information, I was directed to a payment page, where I was informed that I had to pay to access my results. This approach feels misleading—Mentalup collected my email address under the pretense of providing free results, only to charge for them afterward. It’s frustrating to be registered to their mailing list without receiving what was promised. I am disappointed with this lack of transparency and request Mentalup to clearly disclose any charges upfront.
