I signed up for the ChatGPT-4o free trial with the Premium feature, expecting it to be free, as advertised. However, the moment I confirmed the trial, ₺260 was charged to my account. This was completely unexpected and misleading.

I immediately canceled the subscription, yet no refund has been issued. If a service is labeled "free," then users should not be charged without clear warnings. This feels like a deceptive billing practice, and I want my money back.

OpenAI, refund my ₺260 immediately! Charging people for a supposed free trial is unacceptable. Others, be careful—this platform may charge you even when they claim it’s free!
