BetterMe Mental Health Unauthorized Charge On My Card
I recently noticed an unauthorized transaction from BetterMe Mental Health on my KuveytTürk debit card. On 24.12.2025, an amount of ₺350 was withdrawn from my account without my permission and without my clear consent to any subscription or payment. I did not approve this transaction and I do not accept this charge as valid. I request that the unauthorized ₺350 payment taken on 24.12.2025 via my KuveytTürk debit card be fully refunded and that any related BetterMe Mental Health subscription or recurring payment be cancelled so that no further money is taken from my account. I kindly ask you to investigate this unauthorized charge as soon as possible and return the money to my account.
