MentalUP Annual Subscription Needs Immediate Cancellation and Refund

On March 30, 2026, I noticed through an invoice SMS sent to my phone that an annual MentalUP membership fee of approximately $52 had been charged to my Turkcell bill. This membership was activated completely without my knowledge or approval. I do not even use the application anymore and have no need for such a service.

When I contacted Turkcell customer service regarding the issue, I did not receive a solution-oriented response. I was also not given any satisfactory explanation regarding how this membership was started or what kind of approval it was supposedly based on.

I request that this MentalUP annual membership, which was approved without my knowledge, be canceled immediately and that the approximately $52 reflected on my Turkcell invoice be fully refunded to me.
