I Want a Refund for My Unauthorized MentalUP Renewal Fee

Last year, I purchased a 1-year membership for the MentalUP application. After the membership period ended, I noticed on January 25, 2026, that an additional renewal fee of approximately $20 had been charged to my mobile line through the Turkcell application without my knowledge or approval. I do not accept this charge because I never gave any authorization for renewal and was not provided with any clear notification beforehand.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted support through the Turkcell application and canceled the membership immediately. However, I still request a refund for the approximately $20 that was charged without my permission.

I consider it unacceptable and unfair that the membership was automatically renewed after the subscription period expired without obtaining my clear and explicit consent, and that the charge was reflected directly on my mobile account. I kindly request that the related fee be refunded to me as soon as possible.
