Is MentalUp Subscription Reliable?

I purchased a subscription to the MentalUp app, and my daughter used it for a while. She created multiple profiles, and I decided to delete the extra profiles. However, while trying to delete a profile in the settings, I accidentally deleted the entire account. Despite this, my subscription is still active and being charged, but when I open the app, it no longer recognizes my account or subscription. It appears as if I don’t have an active membership. I need urgent assistance from MentalUp to restore my account or resolve this issue so I can access the subscription I paid for.
