Can't Access Mentalup Account After Switching Phones – Membership Not Recognized

I have a Mentalup membership, and after getting a new phone, I transferred all my data using Apple’s direct transfer method. However, when I try to log into Mentalup, it says my email address isn’t recognized, and I can’t access the app at all. This is especially frustrating since my payment details and invoice information are attached, proving my membership. I’m requesting immediate assistance to regain access to my account. I’ve paid for this membership, and it’s unacceptable that I can’t use it on my new device. Please help me resolve this issue promptly so I can continue using Mentalup without interruption.
