I Never Approved a MentalUP Subscription but Was Charged Anyway
Even though I never started or approved any paid membership related to the MentalUP application, a charge of approximately $52 was made from my card through the App Store. This transaction was carried out completely without my knowledge or consent.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted MentalUP by email and requested both an investigation into the transaction and a refund of the amount charged. However, I have not received any response so far. I have not yet started a formal charge dispute process with my bank because I first expect the company itself to resolve this issue properly.
I request that the related transaction be canceled, that the approximately $52 deducted from my card be fully refunded to me, and that any subscription appearing to be associated with my name or account be completely terminated immediately.
