I Want a Refund for My MentalUP Subscription Purchase

On March 16, 2026, I started a subscription to the MentalUP application through the App Store. On the very same day, I decided to cancel the subscription and request a refund for the approximately $26 that was charged from my account.
I believe there was not enough clear and transparent information provided regarding the pricing and subscription conditions during the purchase process. I did not experience a clear approval or confirmation process related to the fee, and afterward I realized that such a high amount had been charged from my account.
I request that my subscription be canceled and that the approximately $26 payment be refunded to my account as soon as possible. I also kindly ask for the issue to be reviewed carefully and for a clear explanation regarding the transaction to be provided to me.
