Memrise App Not Working Even After Update

I am a Memrise Pro subscriber, and my subscription is still very recent. Despite having an active paid membership, the Memrise app is currently completely unusable. The application will not open at all, and it either fails to launch or crashes immediately.

I have already installed the latest available update and followed the basic troubleshooting steps expected of a user, but the issue has not been resolved. At this point, I am paying for a premium service that I cannot access or use in any way.

This situation is extremely frustrating, especially since the subscription is new and I signed up with the expectation of uninterrupted access to the Pro features. I am requesting that this issue be investigated and fixed as soon as possible, or that I be provided with a refund or appropriate compensation if the service cannot be restored promptly.
