MEXC Liquidated My Position at the Wrong Price—System Error

I was trading on MEXC Futures, and my liquidation price was set at 0.288. However, despite the market price being only 0....23-0.24, my position was forcefully liquidated. This means my trade was closed without the price ever reaching my liquidation level. MEXC claims it was due to their “fair price”
