MEXC Liquidated My Position at the Wrong Price—System Error

I was trading on MEXC Futures, and my liquidation price was set at 0.288. However, despite the market price being only 0.23-0.24, my position was forcefully liquidated. This means my trade was closed without the price ever reaching my liquidation level.

MEXC claims it was due to their “fair price” system, but that is completely inaccurate. For liquidation to occur, the price would have needed to rise 15-20% more, yet my trade was wrongly closed. This is a system error, and it must be fixed immediately.

I will be reporting this issue on all social media platforms and filing complaints everywhere possible. MEXC, you need to compensate me for this forced liquidation and correct your system errors!
