I am writing to report an unauthorized charge made by Mad Muscle and to request a refund. I was charged 29 dollars on 11... May 2026 for a “bonus package” that I did not authorize. I had already requested cancellation of the service on 9 May 2026 through all available channels, including the in‑app mai
