I Face Delivery Delay with UPS Package Stuck at Branch Since August 12
My UPS shipment has been sitting at the branch since the 12th of this month and still has not been delivered. I only not...iced the issue by checking online, where I saw a note about an “incomplete address.” No one from UPS ever called me to inform me about this, which already caused unnecessary delay.
