Bepanthol Derma Cream From Migros Mion Had a Runny Texture

About a month ago, I purchased Bepanthol Derma Moisturizing and Nourishing Cream from a Migros Mion store. When I tried to use it, I noticed that the cream had a sour, spoiled smell and a much runnier consistency than normal. For this reason, I believe the product has gone bad. I was concerned about the potential health risks, so I could not use it.

I am currently out of town, so I have not been able to visit the store to report the issue. I also have not yet been able to speak with customer service. I am requesting that Migros Mion replace this spoiled product with a new one, conduct the necessary quality checks, and take appropriate measures to prevent other customers from experiencing the same problem.
