My Bepanthol Derma Moisturizer Has a Sour Smell and Watery Texture

About a month ago, I purchased Bepanthol Derma Moisturizing and Nourishing Cream from a Migros Mion store. When I tried to use the product, I noticed that the cream smelled sour and had a runnier consistency than usual. I therefore believe the product is spoiled. I was concerned about the potential health risks, so I could not use it.

I am currently out of town, so I have not been able to visit the store and report the issue. I have also not yet been able to contact customer service. I am requesting that this spoiled product be replaced with a new one, that the necessary quality checks be conducted, and that appropriate measures be taken to prevent the same problem from happening again.
