Dyson Never Sent the Replacement Nozzle for My V12 Vacuum After Confirming the Issue
We bought the Dyson rechargeable V12 series vacuum cleaner from the Kentpark AVM branch last year. When we bought it, we... called Dyson customer service because the carpet nozzle was constantly getting stuck and we could not use it. They confirmed the problem with an appointment video call and said th
