Dyson Never Sent the Replacement Nozzle for My V12 Vacuum After Confirming the Issue
We bought the Dyson rechargeable V12 series vacuum cleaner from the Kentpark AVM branch last year. When we bought it, we called Dyson customer service because the carpet nozzle was constantly getting stuck and we could not use it. They confirmed the problem with an appointment video call and said that a new nozzle would be sent. When I called the number they gave 2 times due to workload, they stated that they would send it when it was in stock, but exactly 1 year has passed, there is no nozzle, no one calls or asks. The brand reputation has been zeroed in my eyes. I will make a complaint to Consumer Rights and the company headquarters.
