Trip.com Refused My Best Price Guarantee Claim Despite Identical Room at Lower Price
I made reservation number 1638316451979302 on Trip.com for December 26–January 1, relying on your platform’s “Best Price... Guarantee” campaign. I paid approximately $940 for the booking. However, I later discovered that the same dates and the same room option were being sold on other sites for around
