Columbia Shoes Worn Out Quickly, Denied Warranty Claim
I used my Columbia shoes exclusively in the city, yet they wore out far too quickly. When I sent them for warranty evalu...ation, I was told it was due to "user error." I find this explanation unacceptable. I didn’t choose the materials, so how can it be my fault that the fabric quality didn’t hold up?
