Columbia Shoes Worn Out Quickly, Denied Warranty Claim

I used my Columbia shoes exclusively in the city, yet they wore out far too quickly. When I sent them for warranty evaluation, I was told it was due to "user error." I find this explanation unacceptable. I didn’t choose the materials, so how can it be my fault that the fabric quality didn’t hold up?

I paid a premium price for these shoes, trusting in Columbia’s reputation for quality. However, they haven’t lasted as long as products from lower-priced brands. This has left me deeply dissatisfied with the value I received.

I urge Columbia to reconsider their warranty decision and provide a resolution. Customers should not have to deal with such poor durability from a supposedly reliable brand.
