Hello Flixbus Support, I purchased a Flixbus ticket for 21.06.2024 for 4 passengers, departing at 19:30 from Chu r to C...omo. Initially, you notified us that the departure time was changed to 19:20 via SMS. Later, we received information that the trip was canceled. As a result, I am unable to find a
