I purchased a Flixbus ticket for 21.06.2024 for 4 passengers, departing at 19:30 from Chu r to Como. Initially, you notified us that the departure time was changed to 19:20 via SMS. Later, we received information that the trip was canceled.
As a result, I am unable to find any alternative public transport from Chu r to Como at that time. Additionally, I have a reservation at an Airbnb in Como for the same night, which costs 201.47 EUR, making this situation even more problematic.
I am requesting a cash refund for both the bus ticket and the accommodation, as I do not wish to receive any vouchers or credits. Alternatively, I would appreciate it if you could arrange for a transport that will take us to Como around 18:50 on 21.06.2024.
This matter is urgent, and I would appreciate your immediate attention.
