On 15.08.2025, I made a 1,000 TL deposit via bank transfer from VakıfBank into my Melbet account. Despite several hours passing since the transaction, the amount has still not been credited to my account balance.
When I contacted Melbet customer service, I was told the issue would be resolved within 3 business days, but so far there has been no update or progress. This is the first time I have experienced such a problem, and I have my official payment receipt (dekont) as proof of the transfer.
I request Melbet to immediately process my deposit and ensure that the 1,000 TL is credited to my account without further delay.
