On September 16, 2025, I registered as a new member on Melbet and made a 20,000 TL deposit via bank transfer through VakıfBank. Even though more than eight hours have passed, the amount has still not been credited to my account. My membership ID is 1387643473.
During this time, I sent four separate emails to Melbet’s customer service, but I did not receive any reply. Despite having my official bank receipt as proof of payment, my issue has not been resolved and I remain without access to the funds I deposited.
This being my very first experience with the platform makes the situation even more disappointing. I expect my 20,000 TL deposit to be credited to my account immediately and my grievance to be resolved without further delay.
