Melab.io Fitness App Misleads Users Into Paid Subscriptions With No Clear Disclosure

On April 20, I paid $0.99 through Melab.io to take a single trial fitness class. My only intention was to try out the trial and get a feel for the platform — I had no idea I was starting a subscription or that there would be an automatic renewal. Then, on April 24, another $9.99 was automatically charged to my card without my knowledge or consent.
After this unauthorized charge, I reached out to Melab.io support. They told me that by paying for the class, I had agreed to automatic payments, accepted the terms of use and refund policy, should have canceled the subscription before the renewal date, would not receive a refund since access had already been granted, and that my subscription was now closed. However, I only wanted to use the trial — and the fact that I was converting to a full subscription, along with the upcoming $9.99 automatic charge, was never clearly or transparently disclosed to me.
I am requesting that Melab.io refund the $9.99 automatically charged to my card on April 24. I also ask that Melab.io clearly warn users during the trial process about the subscription conversion and automatic billing, and make the entire process far more transparent.
