I Want a Refund for Unauthorized mSpy Subscription Charges
On the night of April 10, between approximately 11:00 PM and 11:30 PM, I purchased a one-day trial package from the application called mSpy, and approximately $1 was charged from my card for this transaction. However, at the same time, an additional charge of approximately $18 was automatically withdrawn from my card without my knowledge or approval.
I never gave any consent for this additional amount, and furthermore, I was not even able to download or use the application. Despite being completely unable to benefit from the service after making the payment, this amount was still charged from my account, which has caused serious inconvenience and frustration. I can clearly see the transaction details through my bank notification records.
After experiencing this issue, I emailed the mSpy support team, but so far I have not received any response at all. I request that my membership be completely canceled and that the approximately $1 and $18 charged from my card be fully refunded to me as soon as possible.
