BetterMe Fails to Cancel Subscription or Refund Unauthorized Charges

About two months ago, I started what I understood to be a one-time trial membership in the BetterMe app that was advertised at $8. However, when I later checked my card statement, I realized that $8 had been charged every week without my approval or even my knowledge. There were a total of four charges of $8 on January 9 and January 24, and in total, $32 was unfairly taken from my card. When I noticed the issue and tried to contact BetterMe, I can’t even log into the app. Attempts to reset my password fail because the password reset link never arrives in my email, so I cannot access my account to cancel the membership or get support. This means money is being taken from me regularly, and I have no access to my account. I request that BetterMe fully refund all of these unauthorized charges and immediately and permanently cancel my subscription. I also want the access issue with my account to be resolved so that I can log in and manage my membership.
