Meetic Upgrade Fails - Support Is Unresponsive

For the past two months, I've been using Meetic's basic version. Recently, I decided to upgrade to premium so I could get more out of the platform. Sadly, I've been trying for weeks, but the system won't allow me upgrade. No matter how many times I tried, it kept sending me errors or not completing my request at all. The absence of support made things even worse. There is no live chat, no phone number to call, and the replies to emails are either late or not helpful. I thought a premium dating service would be better than this. I can't get the upgrade to function, and no one can help me with it, so I've chosen to terminate my membership. This is a lot harder than it should be because of Meetic.
