Meetic Matched Me Wrong and Refused My Full Refund Request

I paid around 50 € to sign up for Meetic, hoping to meet people that fit the preferences I clearly stated. Sadly, it wasn't the case. The matches I got were all wrong, and most of the individuals that messaged me in the first week just wanted to hook up, which wasn't what I was looking for. I was incredibly disappointed, especially since the platform made it seem like it cared about making true connections. I was shocked to find out that I wouldn't get the entire amount back when I canceled and asked for a refund, even though I was still well inside the 14-day withdrawal limit. I felt mislead and wished I had never signed up for the whole thing.
