Meetmyage Canceled My Profile, Blocked Paid Subscription
Earlier this month, I had a problem with Meetmyage, and instead of helping me out, they made things worse. At first, they told me I would get a half-price refund and three months of free premium service, which seemed fair enough to me. But then, for no reason at all, the representatives deleted my whole profile. Because of that, I can't even get to the one-month subscription I paid for on September 1. So, in short, I lost the money I spent and can't get into my account at all. I think they didn't handle this situation very well, and instead of fixing the problem, they made it worse.
