It’s frustrating when Meetic auto-renews without warning.
🔹 Why it happens:
Subscriptions renew by default unless canceled at least 24 hours before. Meetic rarely sends reminders.
🔹 How to cancel:
On Meetic website:
Log in > Profile > “My Account” > “Manage my subscription” > “Cancel renewal”
Via App Store / Google Play:
Cancel from your phone’s subscription settings
🔹 How to request a refund:
Email [email protected] with:
“My subscription renewed without notice. Please cancel and refund.”
Include:
Your Meetic email/username
Date and amount charged
Last 4 digits of payment method
Screenshot of cancellation (if done)
