This often occurs if the cancellation wasn’t fully processed, was done too close to the renewal date, or if you have multiple subscriptions under different emails or payment methods.
🔹 How to fix it:
Email [email protected] with your account details and a message like:
“I canceled my subscription but was still charged. Please confirm the cancellation and refund the latest charge.”
Attach:
A screenshot or confirmation of your cancellation (if available)
The date and amount of the charge
The last 4 digits of the card or PayPal used
The email address tied to your Meetic account
Make sure you’re logged into the correct Meetic account to avoid confusion.
