I Paid for Bumble Premium Weekly but It’s Slower Than the Free Version
Hi, I subscribed to the paid weekly version of Bumble expecting better performance and features. Unfortunately, the experience has been the complete opposite. Ever since I upgraded, the app has become extremely slow—much worse than when I was using the free version.
The messaging section takes forever to load, and sometimes it doesn’t open at all. I also can’t access the Discover section on the homepage—it just fails to load no matter how many times I try. This isn’t what I paid for, and I feel completely let down by Bumble's service.
I upgraded to get more value and a smoother user experience, but instead, I’ve been dealing with delays, glitches, and a broken app. Bumble needs to fix these issues immediately and provide either a refund or extension for the time I’ve lost dealing with these problems. A paid subscription should never perform worse than the free version. I urgently request support to resolve this.
