Medtronic Insulin Pump Motor Error and Replacement Issue

I'm having a big problem with my Medtronic insulin pump (serial number PCR958693H) because of a motor error that has made it impossible to use. Even though I'm in a bit of a hurry, I still haven't heard back from Medtronic. I've been told that there's no stock available for a replacement, and there's no definite timeline for when I'll get a new device. I'm experiencing an increase in my blood sugar levels during the night and I really need some help and support right away.
