Medtronic Pump Motor Failure and No Replacement Provided Under Warranty

Our Medtronic pump had a motor error, and they promised us a week ago that a new pump would be sent since it's under warranty. So, it's been a whole week and now they're claiming they don't have a replacement pump. Typical. It's pretty frustrating that even though the pump is covered under warranty, they're not giving us a temporary solution until the new pump arrives. Instead, they're telling us to make do with a pen needle. They also suggested checking out the local emergency service to deal with this problem. It's absolutely outrageous that a company would abandon us in such a dire health predicament.
