Medtronic 640G Insulin Pump Cracked – No Response from Company
I’ve been using the Medtronic 640G insulin pump for 7 years, and recently, a crack appeared around the battery cap. Given the age of my pump, I decided to upgrade to a newer model. Despite contacting the company and explaining the urgency of the situation, they assured me they would follow up, but it’s been 5 days with no response. Every time I try to call, the line drops, and I can’t reach anyone, which is incredibly frustrating. As a person with Type 1 diabetes, the crack in my pump has already caused me stress, and not being able to contact the company is making things worse. Medtronic, I need immediate assistance with this issue.
