Medtronic 780g Insulin Pump Sensor Issue

I purchased the 780g insulin pump for my daughter, who is currently six years old, approximately one year ago. At first, there was a problem with one of the sensors, rendering it unusable. Despite reaching out to Medtronic customer service, I have yet to receive the replacement sensor they promised, even after a whole year has gone by. Whenever I reach out, they always inform me that the item is currently unavailable and will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. When I reached out to them 8 months ago, they were quick to shift the blame to their headquarters instead of taking responsibility. I believe we were unable to utilize a total of 5 sensors because of the same problem. However, I chose not to report the other sensors as I was aware that they would not provide replacements. At present, the price of each sensor is more than ₺700. There are other issues with Medtronic that I have not even mentioned. Although the prices of their products are quite high, the level of service provided is disappointingly low.
