Canon G2470 Printer Has Poor Color Quality – Requesting Refund

I recently purchased a Canon G2470 printer, but the color quality is so poor that it’s unusable for my needs. I organize events and require high-quality prints, but this printer has failed to meet even basic expectations. When I requested a refund, I was told it wouldn’t be accepted because the product had already been opened.
Why should I bear the burden of a manufacturing defect? This is completely unreasonable. Additionally, when I tried to contact the seller, my messages were marked as undeliverable.
I need this issue resolved immediately. Either fix the product or process my refund. It’s unacceptable to pay for a printer that doesn’t work as promised. Canon, please address this situation promptly.
