Philips Vacuum from Media Markt Had Issues and Refund Denied Despite Warranty


I purchased a Philips vertical vacuum cleaner from Media Markt, and I was offered an additional warranty package at the time of purchase. I was told this package allowed me to return the product if I wasn’t satisfied. Over the past year, the vacuum has been sent for repairs three times under warranty.
When I requested a return, I was told nothing could be done because there was no written statement regarding the return policy, and verbal assurances were invalid. Media Markt blamed Philips, while Philips redirected me back to Media Markt, leaving me stuck with a faulty product.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this vacuum and the lack of support. I demand that either Philips or Media Markt resolve my issue immediately by accepting the return and addressing my concerns.
