Resolve My Complaint, McDonald's! Missing Food and Service!

I placed an order from the Kocaeli Darıca Çayırova McDonald's branch for a duo menu valued at ₺190. However, upon receiving the order, it was incomplete. Despite paying for a complete meal, I only received one hamburger, one serving of fries, and one cola. This was highly disappointing, especially considering the amount spent on the order. Attempts to contact the McDonald's branch have been futile, as there has been no response to my calls. Living in Darıca, it is inconvenient for me to return to the branch personally to address the issue. I feel frustrated and inconvenienced by this situation and demand an immediate refund for the incomplete order.
