McDonald's Sent Me a Stale Hamburger and Undercooked Nugget

I just had a pretty disappointing experience ordering a hamburger from McDonald's at the Kayseri Alparslan branch. The hamburger was old, and to top it off, the nugget inside was raw. The cola that came with my order was so watered down it barely tasted like soda at all. It's pretty alarming that an order like that could actually be sent to customers. This kind of negligence in food prep and delivery is just not okay. I would appreciate it if McDonald's could send a proper replacement and take the necessary steps to make sure this doesn't happen again. I believe they'll manage the situation well from here on out.
