McDonald’s Order: Missing Items And Serious Hygiene Issue
On 06.05.2026 at around 16:25, I placed an order from the McDonald’s Kazasker Ayşekadın branch and experienced both missing products and a serious hygiene problem. There was one hamburger missing in my order, so I had to go back to the restaurant and only then was I able to get a refund for that missing hamburger. When I returned home and opened the rest of the hamburgers, I saw that the hamburgers I had clearly requested without onions were prepared with onions. I absolutely hate onions, and as soon as I took a bite, I had to spit it out and throw the hamburger away. After already going back once for the missing product, I did not want to go to the restaurant again, because it should not require this much effort to simply be able to eat a proper meal and have other people’s mistakes corrected. In addition to this, there was also a hygiene issue that I found very disturbing. As can be seen from the cameras, the staff could not manage to close the lid of an ice cream, and while they were trying to force it closed, their fingers went into the ice cream. This is absolutely unacceptable for a place serving food. Because of the missing product, the incorrectly prepared hamburgers, and the hygiene problem I witnessed, I request a full refund for my order and for the necessary action to be taken so that such issues are not repeated.
