On 31 December 2025, at around 12:46, I ordered a Çıtır Tavuk Hamburger Menü and 5-piece onion rings from McDonald’s Şair Eşref Bulvarı Çankaya branch via the Yemeksepeti application (order no: #vn33-213s). While I was eating, there was no problem with the taste of the food and I finished my meal normally. However, a few hours after eating, I started to feel nauseous and around 18:00 I vomited for the first time. After a few more hours, I vomited again, and at that point I realized that my stomach had not been able to digest the hamburger and fries I had eaten about 12 hours earlier; it was in an extremely disturbing and alarming condition. Because it was New Year’s Eve, I could not go to a doctor or emergency room and had to manage the situation at home. With the help of a few medications and plenty of rest, my condition has partially improved, but I still have some stomach pain. I shared this situation as a comment on Yemeksepeti, but I did not receive any response. My health was seriously affected by this experience. I know that the damage to my health cannot be compensated, so I am primarily expecting an apology and, more importantly, I want the necessary checks and measures to be taken so that no one else has to experience something similar from this branch and through this platform.
