Maybelline Concealer Shade Too Light Despite Ordering Same Color as Always

I’ve been using Maybelline’s Instant Age Rewind Eraser Concealer, shade 1, for years and have never had any issues before. On September 26, 2025, I ordered the same product in the same shade from Hepsiburada. When my order arrived, I opened the concealer to use it, but the shade turned out to be extremely light and almost white. This is the first time I’ve ever encountered such a problem.

The product’s packaging looks completely normal — there’s no sign of damage, tampering, or counterfeit. The only issue is that the color is much lighter than the one I’ve always used. I bought two pieces and tested one of them. I’d like to return both products, including the one I opened. I tried contacting Maybelline customer service, but I couldn’t reach anyone. I paid by credit card, spending a total of ₺602.88.

I request the return and refund of both products, including the one that has been opened, and I ask for assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
