I ordered the Maybelline Eraser concealer in shade 01 a week ago. The order number is 2010550009. The product came on time, but the packaging was not great. It wasn't put in a box; instead, it was just wrapped in plastic inside the delivery package. I opened the product and realized that even though it had the code 01, the shade was way lighter compared to the ones people already have. I didn't even open the lid, I just compared it with mine. So, I wrapped it back up and returned the product the next day. The store said they won't take returns if the packaging is opened because the product is hygienic, but they'll give me a refund.
I promise I've used this product at least 10 times. I can tell that the color of this product is different, and yours is obviously lighter, which suggests it's not genuine. I didn't actually open the packaging, so how can you say that I did?
