I have been a long-time user of Maybelline Fit Me Concealer in shade 15, and I have purchased this same shade many times without issue. On Friday, August 22, I bought the same shade (15) from the Gratis store in Markantalya Mall, Antalya. However, when I returned home and tested it, I noticed that the color was much darker than my usual shade 15.

To confirm, I compared it with the empty bottles of the same product I have used before, and there is a clear and significant difference in tone. I suspect the product may have been mislabeled with the wrong shade number.

Since I live in Denizli and bought the product while on holiday in Antalya, I cannot return to the same store. I still have the receipt, and the product was only tested once. The packaging and scent seem normal, but the shade is clearly not the same as the one I always buy.

I purchased it at a discounted price of ₺270, paid by credit card. Given this issue, I kindly request either an exchange for the correct shade or a refund. I look forward to your support in resolving this problem promptly.
