On May 25, 2025, I purchased a Maybelline concealer from the Forum İstanbul shopping mall. When I got home and opened the product to use it, I was shocked to find that it had clearly been used before. The applicator brush barely picked up any product, and the container felt almost completely empty—as if it had already been used up by someone else. For a brand like Maybelline, this is unacceptable.
I paid full price expecting a brand-new product, not a used one. There was no protective seal on the concealer either, which raises serious hygiene and safety concerns. How does a product like this even end up on the shelf for sale?
I’m extremely disappointed and feel cheated. I demand that Maybelline investigate this issue and either replace the product or issue a full refund immediately. Customers should not have to worry about the hygiene or authenticity of the cosmetics they buy—especially from such a well-known brand. Please take action and resolve this issue without delay.
