About 20 days ago, I bought the Maybelline 4-in-1 Glow Perfector for ₺580, hoping for a high-quality product. I used it just two days later, and from the first twist, a watery, discolored liquid came out. To get to the actual product, I twisted the applicator again, but half of the product was gone instantly. It seemed like the tube was mostly filled with air. When I twisted it again, the applicator malfunctioned. I thought this was normal until I saw videos on TikTok, where others had no such issues, and their products didn’t run out immediately.
I went to the Eve store in Armoni Park Sefaköy for help, but the employees brushed off my concerns, saying things like, "Maybe you left the cap open," or "The sponge probably absorbed the product." It felt like they were making fun of me, and instead of offering a solution, their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and product quality, and I don’t plan on purchasing Maybelline products again. My ₺580 went to waste for a defective item—very disappointing.
